The controller of the personal data on this site is Ellul Solutions Ltd, company 17364530, registered in England and Wales (Companies House), 14 Warfield Crescent, Waterlooville, England, PO7 7JP. What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the building, space, desk, occupancy and contractor records you choose to store. The free worksheets store nothing: the figures you enter stay in your browser and are never sent to us unless you save the worksheet to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to lead buyers, contractors, furniture or sensor vendors, coworking operators or advertising networks. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; card numbers never reach HardFM. Email is sent through a transactional mail provider on our behalf. We are the vendor: there is no third party between you and us.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@hardfmly.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
